It was Lois' lifetime ambition to visit Graceland and on Ronald's retirement in 1994 she made it reality. An avid flea market and estate sale rummager Ronald found a tiny ad in the Tennessean for an estate sale to be held on an antebellum mansion on the outskirts of Memphis. It was there that Lois first saw the King rendered on black velvet. She had to have it and so, for five dollars they drove home with what is now the most famous piece of stretched cloth in the world.

On August 15, 1994, two days after returning from Memphis Lois put on an old 45 of "Love Me Tender" and stared into Elvis' beautiful blue eyes. To her shock halfway into the song she noticed a tear welling up on the fabric. By the end of the song tears where running down both of his cheeks and both of hers.

Skeptics and true believers have made the pilgrimage to Moon Run, a small hamlet outside of Pittsburgh. Many come with doubts but they all leave certain that they have seen the true tears of the one and only King of Rock and Roll.

This site is dedicated to passing on the true stories that are too strange or amazing to be believed. Below are some true tales that we have recently uncovered. Read them and if you have any further information about them (or have a true tale to tell of your own) email us.
